Job Position: Sales Manager for Industrial Heat Team
Reports to: General Manager
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee daily sales activity for Field Sales Engineers (FSEs) assigned to IH market
- Coordinate and implement annual sales plan and territory targets for direct sales of IH products
- Establish territory goals and bonus plans for individual FSEs
- Measure and analyze ongoing territory sales
- FSE field support with cooperative territory travel, individual and monthly team calls/meetings
- Report monthly summary of success, challenges and ongoing market dynamic
- Support and attend key industry events, conferences and exhibitions
- Oversee and provide support for growth in the Industrial Heat industry
- Identify key targets in IH market and establish a coordinated plan with FSE's
Desired Skills & Experience:
- BS or MS in Sales/Marketing or technical discipline
- Experience in industrial sales with focus on heating and automation a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to implement overall goals and processes
