For our Finance & Controlling department, we are looking for a committed and resilient personality with international controlling experience in production companies and solid knowledge in the field of supply chain management. 

Your Tasks

  • Operational controlling of the production companies of the Leister Group and optimization of internal logistic flows using logistics hubs
  • Creating and implementing a group-wide calculation concept for productions
  • Analyzing and continuously improving production controlling, including identifying cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities
  • Process controlling and ongoing cross-functional process optimization
  • Competence center for cross-border transactions and business partnering with plant managers
  • Pre- and post-calculation for project business
  • Supporting the management of Axetris AG in all aspects of financial management such as controlling, multi-year financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, calculation, and cost optimization
  • Coaching and supporting the chief accountant of Axetris AG
  • Leading and supporting finance and controlling projects at the Leister Group level, both in Switzerland and internationally


Your Profile

  • Completed business administration studies at HF, FH, Uni level
  • Further training as a controlling, finance, and accounting expert
  • Several years of qualified experience in an international industrial environment
  • Solid experience in controlling, production, SCM, and cost accounting
  • Strong understanding of process design, process optimization in SCM and production, and optimization of internal logistic flows
  • High IT affinity and very good Excel and ERP knowledge required, knowledge in the application of SAP S4/HANA is advantageous
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present complex data
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
