Development Engineer:in Electronics m/f/d

To strengthen our R&D Innovation department at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a committed individual who will actively contribute to the further development and digitalisation of our industrial product solutions. The focus is on the strategic expansion of our expertise in the areas of power electronics, digitalisation and industrial communication.

Your Tasks

  • Collaboration in the development of new, digitalised industrial components (e.g. control electronics, new heating technologies, communication interfaces)
  • Responsibility for the implementation of product modernisations and new digital developments in close cooperation with the business lines
  • Management of development projects in the field of industrial electronics and digital control solutions 
  • Support and further development of the LTAG innovation process 
  • Establishment and knowledge transfer of new technologies into product development

Your Profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering with a focus on power electronics, signal processing and control engineering or related disciplines (FH, ETH)
  • Several years of experience in the development of electronic systems, ideally in an industrial environment would be an advantage
  • Interest in the digitalisation of product functions and interfaces (e.g. communication protocols, Industry 4. 0)
  • Interest and pleasure in practical implementation in prototype construction, validation and in supporting industrialisation
  • Structured, independent way of working and pleasure in teamwork in an interdisciplinary environment
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
