For our Finance & Controlling department at Leister AG we are looking for an independent, motivated person with a flair for numbers.

Your tasks

  • Independent management of the general ledger and management / monitoring of the sub-ledgers
  • Responsible for individual financial statements and Group reporting (monthly ER, half-yearly balance sheet)
  • Monthly cost center and project reporting, divisional accounting
  • Expansion of controlling activities, continuous, cross-functional optimization
  • Business partnering with the Managing Director
  • You report to the Group CFO and also support the Group Controlling team in operational and financial controlling / reporting / budgeting issues

Your profile

  • Solid accounting training (FA accounting and/or expert F&R, FH, HF), 
  • Qualified experience of several years in a similar function, if possible in an international group environment 
  • Solid ERP knowledge and high IT affinity,
  • Good knowledge of management accounting in an industrial environment is an advantage 
  • Interest and flair for numbers but also for processes and good business acumen
  • Team player with an independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Hands-on: Strong implementer with a highly analytical and networked way of thinking
