HR Manager (80% - 100%)

To strengthen our Human Resources team at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a committed and experienced person who will enrich our team with professional expertise and a passion for HR.

Your Tasks

  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR-related topics
  • Recruitment, support and development of employees
  • Supervision of the Supply Chain Management area of responsibility; close cooperation with the Vice President of this area
  • Proactively designing and changing HR processes together with the HR team
  • Supporting change processes and promoting a positive corporate culture
  • Preparation of the basis for decisions on annual salary reviews for the area of responsibility
  • Responsible for HR controlling and ensuring compliance with labor law requirements
  • Collaboration and partial responsibility in various HR projects (SAP Sucess Factors) round off the very varied and exciting range of tasks

Your Profile

  • Experience in modern HR management, preferably in the industrial sector
  • Federal certificate as an HR specialist as well as additional business management training, advanced business management training or similar training
  • Enthusiasm and good understanding of technical job profiles
  • Good knowledge of familiar MS Office applications
  • Very good understanding of processes and knowledge of SAP an advantage
  • Good communication skills across all hierarchical levels
  • High social competence, positive nature and doer qualities characterize you
  • Hands-on mentality, team player with an independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Fluent German and good English skills are an advantage
