Manager Facility & Maintenance m/f/d

For our Facility Management department at Leister Technologies AG we are looking for an independent, committed and resilient personality.

Your tasks

  • Professional and personnel management of the team with two employees
  • Ensuring the availability and operational safety of the building infrastructure, taking into account cost, quality and safety aspects
  • Determining, identifying and utilising potential improvements to the infrastructure and media supply/disposal at the Sarnen and Kägiswil building sites
  • Taking on and implementing projects or sub-projects for relocation/furnishing work, renovations, infrastructure modernisation, conversion work, building extensions and new construction projects
  • Implementation/coordination and documentation (CAFM) of general maintenance work at the building sites as well as supervision and control of service, assembly and conversion work by external companies
  • Creation and management of documentation for infrastructure and media supply systems/disposal systems 

 

Your profile

  • Basic training in electrical engineering, heating, ventilation and air conditioning or similar from the ancillary building trade
  • Further training at FH, HF or FA level in building technology/maintenance and project management
  • Several years of experience in the industrial environment of infrastructure and media supply
  • Experience in project leadership, project management and operational implementation
  • Management experience desirable as well as a very good command of German and intermediate English
