To strengthen our Process Heat Business Line at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a project-orientated and highly motivated individual with a high level of personal responsibility. The Business Line Process Heat is responsible for innovative, technically high-quality technologies and products in the industrial environment.

Your Tasks

  • Management and development of employees in your area of responsibility
  • Developing innovative solutions to meet technical, qualitative and economic requirements
  • Defining technical strategies and principles in coordination with superiors and R&D
  • Management and implementation of projects in accordance with the innovation process
  • Management of the engineering team within the business line
  • Collaboration with product management to achieve market requirements for new products
  • Maintenance of existing products and creation of technical documentation
  • Collaboration in product development and its further development
  • Ensuring conformity assessment in accordance with project specifications and legal guidelines
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
  • Responsible for technology transfer and knowledge management

Your Profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering (university or university of applied sciences) or many years of experience as a technician TS
  • Experience in plant construction
  • Many years of sound experience in the development of electronic circuits and hardware-related software
  • Further training in business administration
  • Experience in staff management and project management
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
