To strengthen our Process Heat Business Line at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a project-orientated and highly motivated individual with a high level of personal responsibility. The Business Line Process Heat is responsible for innovative, technically high-quality technologies and products in the industrial environment.
Your Tasks
- Management and development of employees in your area of responsibility
- Developing innovative solutions to meet technical, qualitative and economic requirements
- Defining technical strategies and principles in coordination with superiors and R&D
- Management and implementation of projects in accordance with the innovation process
- Management of the engineering team within the business line
- Collaboration with product management to achieve market requirements for new products
- Maintenance of existing products and creation of technical documentation
- Collaboration in product development and its further development
- Ensuring conformity assessment in accordance with project specifications and legal guidelines
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Responsible for technology transfer and knowledge management
Your Profile
- Degree in electrical engineering (university or university of applied sciences) or many years of experience as a technician TS
- Experience in plant construction
- Many years of sound experience in the development of electronic circuits and hardware-related software
- Further training in business administration
- Experience in staff management and project management
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
