Your Tasks

• Professional and disciplinary leadership, development, and motivation of the 5-member inside sales team
• Support and ensure efficient and timely preparation of offers and order processing
• Continuous adjustment and implementation of necessary processes to increase efficiency and identify and leverage cross-selling potential
• Optimization of the back-office sales unit into a proactive sales team including further development of the ERP system and sales support tools
• Coordination with internal departments as well as preparation of process analyses and department-relevant procedural instructions

What You Bring

• You have commercial training or a degree with several years of professional experience in inside sales, preferably with a focus on technical products and initial leadership experience
• You are an open-minded, positive personality with a good sense of humor
• You have an affinity for IT and enjoy continuously optimizing processes as well as solid MS Office skills – experience with "SAP by Design" is an advantage
• You possess strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a high level of quality awareness
• You have excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
