Technical Customer Support Manager - Industry/ Mechanical Engineering 

To strengthen our Industrial Application/ Process Heat division at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for an experienced and motivated person to support and inspire our customers worldwide. Would you like to contribute your technical expertise and your passion for customer solutions? Then you've come to the right place.

 

Your Tasks

  • You will advise our customers, distributors and subsidiaries on the selection of suitable products and support them with technical questions
  • You will analyse and process technical customer enquiries and develop individual solutions together with Sales and/or Business Development
  • You create technical documentation such as application notes, FAQ lists and training materials to support our sales team
  • You will organise and moderate product and application training courses lasting several days for internal and external target groups. You will work closely with our Academy and support the development of online training courses and learning modules
  • Through active dialogue with product management, you will contribute valuable technical expertise and support the further development of our solutions

 

Your Profile

  • Completed technical training with further training as a mechanical engineer FH/HF or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a similar position in a technical B2B environment, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering
  • High level of customer orientation and pleasure in dealing with international customers and distribution partners
  • Very good communication skills in German and business fluent in English
  • Independent, structured and solution-orientated way of working
