Vice President Supply Chain Management

For our Supply Chain division at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for an independent and strong personality.


Your tasks

  • Definition of strategies and principles for the SCM division in coordination with the Executive Board
  • Strategic management and alignment of the Supply Chain departments such as Production Planning, Procurement, Production, Logistics and Export
  • Development and expansion of strategic and operational procurement using the latest management methods
  • Strengthening material planning skills in purchasing and production planning to manage the supply chain across multiple locations
  • Continuous technical and organizational development of core competencies in production according to LEAN, CIP, etc.
  • Responsible for automation and digitalization of all productive and administrative processes
  • Ensuring smooth transport and export management in compliance with legal requirements
  • Development and expansion of key performance indicators to control the performance creation processe


Your profile

  • University degree (university or university of applied sciences) engineer / technician with sound SCM expertise or business studies with industry experience and technical affinity
  • In-depth professional experience in the areas of logistics, material planning, procurement, manufacturing and assembly technology
  • Several years of management and project management experience as well as very good SAP skills
  • Business fluent in German and English
