Technical Customer Support

At Axetris, we understand the importance of quick, professional and efficient technical customer support!

Axetris understands itself as a partner to our OEM customers – and maintains a dedicated technical support team to respond to customers’ queries from the early design-in phase to after sales support in the field.

Our technical support team is located at the headquarters in Switzerland, as well as in China, and serves our customers worldwide. All technical support team members carry an engineering degree and are highly experienced in solving customer problems in their respective specialized fields. The technical customer support team stands by our customers’ side, and answers technical questions within a reasonable timeframe over phone, email and on-site.
The team’s know-how spans from application-specific questions to failure analysis, software issues, and deep technology-based queries. You may take up contact with the technical support team either through your Axetris sales contact, or using the contact details.
