Designed for Controlled IR Emission
With the DRIVE PCB, Axetris demonstrates what is currently being worked on. The solution targets applications in infrared-based gas sensing, where MEMS-based thermal IR emitters like EMIRS200 and EMIRS50 can fully realize their potential in modulated operation.
This is exactly where the DRIVE PCB comes into play. It contains all the electronics needed to control the emitters precisely and stably. Frequency, power, and modulation depth can be defined and adapted to the specific application. This creates controlled operation that improves signal quality and supports reproducible measurement results.
The development aims for easy integration into existing systems. At the same time, precise regulation is a focus that meets the demands of modern IR gas sensing.
