Maintenance Technician/Engineer

For the Wafer Production Maintenance team at Axetris AG, we are looking for a reliable, dedicated, and proactive individual as a Maintenance Technician or Engineer.

Your Tasks:

• Ensure high equipment availability and process stability by performing timely and thorough maintenance on production equipment in wafer manufacturing
• Carry out and plan preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of production equipment (thin-film) to ensure high equipment availability; collaborate with external partners
• Responsible for inventory control and spare parts management
• Work closely with team colleagues, process engineers, and facility management
• Support the improvement of existing manufacturing processes and actively contribute improvement suggestions
• Develop and maintain documentation for maintenance tasks
• Comply with and ensure workplace safety

Your Profile:

• Technical vocational training and additional qualifications in electronics, mechanics, or physics are an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in maintaining semiconductor production equipment, such as PVD or CVD coating systems or other plasma processes (Dry Etch, Implant)
• Professional experience in a cleanroom environment
• Good German or English language skills
